Product Description
EDI device is a refined water treatment system, It usually works with RO reverse osmosis device to form the ultra-pure water treatment system, which contains pre-treatment, reverse osmosis and EDI. Such a system replaces the ion exchange equipment of traditional water treatment process. The inlet water request of EDI device is that resistivity should be 0.025~0.5MΩ.cm, and the outlet water of RO device can fully meet the requirement. EDI device can produce ultra-pure water, whose resistivity can be more than 15MΩ.cm.
Application ares of EDI device include microelectronics industry, semiconductor industry, power generation industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and laboratory. And it can be used for pharmaceutical distilled water, water of food & beverage processing, water of chemical plant processing and other ultra-pure water application fields.

Reverse osmosis technology is a modern high technology that use reverse osmosis to seperate water from solution after it permeates the specially-made semi-transparent membrane though exerting a pressure that is higher than the osmosis pressure on the solution.
According to different osmosis pressure of various materials the process of reverse osmosis with a pressure higher than the osmosis pressure can be used to reach the purposes of separation, extraction, purification and concentration of a certain solution. It saves more energy than traditional process.

After the equipment arrived buyer's, workshop, the buyer should take it's place for each equipment according to the supplied layout. The seller will send the experienced technician to guide the installation and debugging and trail, production, and fulfill the designed capability within the designed time. Training
The seller will supply technical training to the buyer. The training is includes: equipment structure and maintenance, control and operation.
