2. Process Flow Diagram



1. Feed pump: equipped with a stainless steel pump, to provide sufficient pressure for subsequent filtration
2. Multimedia filter(Quartz sand filter): mainly remove the mud, suspended solids and large particals in the tap water
3. Activated carbon filter: usually rated by the size of the particles they are able to remove, measured in microns, and generally range from 50 microns (least effective) down to 0.5 microns (most effective).
4. Fine filter: further filtration, protection of reverse osmosis membrane
5. High pressure pump: provide enough pressure for reverse osmosis system
6: Reverse osmosis unit: the core part of pure water equipment, the production of high-purify water
7. Ozone generator: produces ozone gas, which is then released into an area containing water to kill microorganisms and remove odors
8. Rinse tank: protect the membrane system without polluted by using chemical agent
9. Booster pump: equipped with a stainless steel pump, to provide sufficient pressure for subsequent filtration

Reverse osmosis technology is a moderm high technology that use reverse osmosis to seperate water from solution after it permeates the specially-made semi-transparent membrane though exerting a pressure that is higher than the osmosis pressure on the solution.

Installation and commissioning
After the equipment arrived buyer's, workshop, the buyer should take it's place for each equipment according to the supplied layout. The seller will send the experienced technician to guide the installation and debugging and trail, production, and fulfill the designed capability within the designed time. The installation, debugging and training is about 7 days.

Training
The seller will supply technical training to the buyer. The training is includes: equipment structure and maintenance, control and operation. After training, the technicians of the buyer will grasp relevant operation and maintenance skills, and could adjust the technologies more skilled, and can deal with all kinds of malfunction in time. 

After-sales services
1. After qualified of the equipment, the seller will supply two year guarantee, control system two year guarantee, free charge for wearing parts, and other spare parts with cost price. 
2. Within guarantee period, the technicians who accepted training should strictly obey the requirements asked by the seller to operate the equipment and maintenance, to find the common malfunctions and fault clearing in time.
3. If the technicians of the buyer couldn't solve the problems themselves, the after-sales department will supply long range guide service by phone.
