WANGYANG Seawater desalination small series adopts the most advance Reverse Osmosis Technology for water purification.

The RO system includes three parts, raw water pre-treatment, RO device and post processing. As there are many different kinds of raw water, and their compositions are very complex, we need to choose suitable pretreatment process to reduce the fouling and scaling, and prevent the performance degration of RO membrane. Especially in the reclaimed water and wastewater reusing fields, choosing a proper pretreatment system will directly affect the stability of whole water treatment system.
Therefore, it is necessary to pre-treat the raw water strictly. Choose appropriate post processing system according to the different water quality requirements, to achieve the final requirement of aquatic products. If there is high requirement for the salinity, we can select ion exchange and EDI technology etc. If there is high requirement for the microbial, we can select a combination of ozone and UV disinfection technology. Because of RO process, we can make the system more stable, lower energy consumption and water quality assured.

2. Feed pump: equipped with a stainless steel pump, to provide sufficient pressure for subsequent filtration
3. Mutimedia filter (Quartz sand filter): mainly remove the mud, suspended solids and large particles in the water
4. Precision filter: further filtration, protection of reverse osmosis membrane
5. High pressure pump: provide enough pressure for reve rse osmosis system
6. Reverse osmosis unit: the core part of equipment, the production of high-purity water.
7. Rise tank: protect the membrane system without pullted by using chemical agent

Installation and commissioning
After the equipment arrived buyer's, workshop, the buyer should take it's place for each equipment according to the supplied layout. The seller will send the experienced technician to guide the installation and debugging and trail, production, and fulfill the designed capability within the designed time. The installation, debugging and training is about 7 days.
Training
The seller will supply technical training to the buyer. The training is includes: equipment structure and maintenance, control and operation. After training, the technicians of the buyer will grasp relevant operation and maintenance skills, and could adjust the technologies more skilled, and can deal with all kinds of malfunction in time.
After-sales services
1.After qualified of the equipment, the seller will supply two year guarantee, control system two year guarantee, free charge for wearing parts, and other spare parts with cost price.
2.Within guarantee period, the technicians who accepted training should strictly obey the requirements asked by the seller to operate the equipment and maintenance, to find the common malfunctions and fault clearing in time.
3.If the technicians of the buyer couldn't solve the problems themselves, the after-sales department will supply long range guide service by phone.
