The equipment suits for yacht and fishing vessel and it is easy to operate and maintain. This equipment has high desalination rate, stable performance, high safety and reliability as well as innovative design with rack made of stainless steel, which is rust-proof and anti-corrosion. Touch screens are designed to be simple and easy to use. You can select to produce pure water or mineral water by touch screen only. It provides limitless pure water with lower noise, higher capacity small model seawater desalination equipment, which allows you to cruise faster and farther and more comfortable.You don't need to plan your boating activities around small port stops and can cruise direct to your destination or cruise to limitless distances without the need to stock up fresh water, it can create more added value for you.
For number of people (WY-FSHB-1 with a capacity of one ton per day supplies fresh water for 3-4 peoples, WY-FSHB-2 with a capacity of two ton per day supplies fresh water for 8-10 peoples, WY-FSHB-3 with a capacity of three ton per day supplies fresh water for 10-13 peoples, WY-FSHB-5 with a capacity of five ton per day supplies fresh water for 15-20 peoples )

Installation and commissioning
After the equipment arrived buyer's, workshop, the buyer should take it's place for each equipment according to the supplied layout. The seller will send the experienced technician to guide the installation and debugging and trail, production, and fulfill the designed capability within the designed time. The installation, debugging and training is about 7 days.
Training
The seller will supply technical training to the buyer. The training is includes: equipment structure and maintenance, control and operation. After training, the technicians of the buyer will grasp relevant operation and maintenance skills, and could adjust the technologies more skilled, and can deal with all kinds of malfunction in time.
After-sales services
1.After qualified of the equipment, the seller will supply two year guarantee, control system two year guarantee, free charge for wearing parts, and other spare parts with cost price.
2.Within guarantee period, the technicians who accepted training should strictly obey the requirements asked by the seller to operate the equipment and maintenance, to find the common malfunctions and fault clearing in time.
3.If the technicians of the buyer couldn't solve the problems themselves, the after-sales department will supply long range guide service by phone.
4.If relevant measurements couldn't solve the problems, the seller will send the technicians to the buyer factory, clear the fault or relevant technical problems on site, the charges will reference to the installation and debugging charges.

6.What's your warranty?
Our warranty is 2-year whole system.
7. Maintenance:
1) Check all circuit whether damaged.
2) Check valve whether malfunctioning phenomenon.
3) Check all pipes for leaks.
4) If long time no use , need to add protective solution to protect the reverse osmosis.
a. Open inlet which in the front of the high-pressure pump (see illustration), make well the protective solution in the water tank, then connect with the tank via pipe, start the water tank pump, when the protective solution full filled with reverse osmosis membrane group, turn off the water tank pump, close the inlet. Meanwhile every day to observe, such as protection fluid leakage situation, should replenish the above step.
b. Before equipment start-up , protective solution should be clear up .
8. Troubleshooting:
1) High-pressure pump:
Each work 200 hours to inspect, pressure whether normal, whether the crankcase short of oil, the pump whether abnormal and other tests, such as abnormal working, in accordance with the manufacturers instructions for maintenance. If do not have maintenance skills, please timely contact with the manufacturer, we will maintenance for client.
2) Booster pump:
Maintenance, inspection, refer to the high-pressure pump, the specific details, see the lift pump manual requirements. Equipment failure, if you are able to maintenance and repair, the manufacturer can provide technical support. If do not have skills to repair, made it clear that the cause of the malfunction and fault coverage, please contact the manufacturer.
